Active US presence
Competing, playing, or training in the United States. We are building an American brand and need athletes embedded in American culture and sport.
Real social reach
Minimum 100k followers with genuine engagement. MMA, basketball, tennis, football, rugby — sport is secondary to audience authenticity and cultural fit.
Lifestyle alignment
Social, competitive, quality-driven. Padel is a sport you play with people you actually want to spend time with. The founding circle is the same — values first, credentials second.

Referral equity program

The formula

You earn 10% of the referred athlete's equity stake as a bonus allocation from our 3% ambassador pool. Proportional, simple, scales naturally with check size. Bigger intro = bigger reward.

The guardrails

Max 0.10% per referral and 0.50% total per athlete. Referred athletes must be active in US sport with 100k+ following. This protects the pool and keeps the circle high quality.
